For instance, a website which has the most number of keyword repetitions in its content and has quality links from social networks like Face book, twitter, etc. would be ranked high compared to the one with less number of links and keywords.

It is important to choose the right SEO specialist as there is every possibility that the search engines block the websites if the content is keyword stuffed, without quality back links and are obsolete.
