Why is good art considered good art?
You must have definitely wondered why good art is considered by many people to be good for socety and why bad art is considered well…bad. Why is it that objects and themes that should not appeal to detached people appeal to them more than works of other artists? Why is it that people regard certain artists more highly than they regard other artists?
The reason is perspective. Good artists have that all too necessary perspective and bad artists don’t. It is about the choice of materials made by them. It is about the lives they lead. It is also to some extent about their own socio-political beliefs. It is about the themes they choose to focus upon. It is about all that they think about when they paint. About the socio-political aspects of the topics they choose.
It is about the actual quality of the painting. The actual understanding of the shapes and sizes and their relationship with each other. They understand colour better than most othr people. They actually understand shadow and its relationship with objects and light projected on those objects. They understand light and how it will reflect and bounce of surfaces and people. About the depth of perception.
An examination of art will perhaps encourage the reader to think along these lines. People therefore respect artists who have made good art and call them master pieces.
Strategic placement of copies of such art inside a website will allow companies to send the right message to prospective consumers and partners and will help them strengthen old relationships. All along driving traffic and improving awareness.
